Participants in the projects on-going at VCU have agreed to release information as rapidly as possible as a resource for the entire research community. These data releases do not constitute scientific publication. It is important that users understand that, as in all high throughput projects, these are raw data that contain errors, possible contamination from other species, and other artifactual problems. Raw data will be released as quickly as possible without jeopardizing our ability to publish. Significant sequence contigs and completed sequence will be released as soon as available. Materials generated in these projects are available to interested investigators. Small insert clones (plasmid, M13, etc.) will not be archived indefinitely and therefore will not be available for distribution. Please contact the project leader [Gregory A. Individuals making use of the data from our studies are asked to contact us well in advance to ensure that their use of the data will not compromise our ability to publish, and acknowledge the source of the data in publications. We anticipate publication of the data in a timely manner in peer-reviewed journals.
